If you love water, sailing, watching the beautiful sunset over the water.... all the time you are sitting on your screened in porch, under the paddle fan in the month of July.... all the while you are watching a roaring fire in your thru and thru fireplace... Sounds like a dream, huh? Not so! I have 2 new cottages in Oriental, NC, which is the sailboat capital of NC. You will meet people from all over the world because Oriental is the midpoint between NYC and Miami and you will meet some great people there!
