Hi Lettie: Thanks for adding me to your group and your question. First remove doors to cabinets. You have to "seal" them for good coverage. I use "KILZ" but, all kinds of products on market. Once doors and cabinets sealed, ckeck for smoothness. Lightly sand w/320 grit sandpaper if in doubt. Now give it your first coat of paint. Let dry and add second. Brown is a tough color to cover but u can check with any paint shop or home improvement center for additional advice. Replac doors & u r done! goodluck.
Thanks for the welcome, Lettie. Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner, my husband and I were away on vacation until yesterday. Now that we're back, I plan to make my page a little more interesting.
Hi Lettie, thanks for visiting my page. I also have MANY cookbooks, and a few with authors sigs, including a couple of Paula Deen's that are signed. Being a southern gal, I love her recipes! I also have a chef's apron that's signed by Bill Boggs, Curtis Aiken, Mario Batali, and a couple of other Food TV folks who came to a big event in Atlanta just after they started the network. They were all extremely nice and the event was great, but Bill Boggs was so sweet, looked great and smelled even better! ;O) He used to host the show (in the early days) called Bill Boggs Corner Table where he had various celebrities at their favorite restaurants. Time to run, this week is a busy one for me - prepping for a big camping trip to Ohio for a week. We'll finish off the week of sightseeing (9/22-29) at the Country Living Fair sponsored by Country Living Magazine in Morrow, Ohio - I can't wait!!! But alas, since 95% of the prep work falls on me, it will be a busy, busy week! Have a blessed one!
Hello! Thanks for the invite. I'm new here. Went to school at Tj in Philly during the 80s. Spent Saturday mornings at the Italian Market and Reading One for weekly supplies. Good memories. I am from WV, but have been living in WA State for 7 yr.s. Love good food, good music, travel and friends. d
Well I am an 80's girl. So Prince is always good. My boyfriend in high school had a little red corvette too! ha ha Food Network and Fine Living are two of my favorite networks. My father - in - law just leaves the TV tuned to Food Network all day! He has become a pretty good cook.
