Generally, Red Wine with red meat and white wine with fish and chicken. Specifically, citrus flavored food will go well with Pinot Grigios and Sauvignon Blancs. Robust (hearty) foods usually go well with Cabernet Sauvignons and Cabernet Francs. Lamb is a wild card, Rose, White Zin, Red Zin or even a Sauvignon Blanc and work depending on how it is prepared. In the end, you must match your wine with how your food is prepared.
One thing I have learned, drink Red wine with a steak or chocolate. You will be pleasantly, especially if you and your friends love chocolate.
Hello Again Darryl, I beleive everyone starts out liking the sweet wine and then move on to other wines. Then again some people will always like the sweet stuff. Do you like red or white? If you like you may check out our wine blog site thewinespace.com.
Sounds like you have a very nobel and caring Job. We have remodeled our house using 50-60% recycled material.
Welcome & hello daryl. If you like wine stop by and join our wine lovers group.
