Stein Lodge is great. My personal favorite is Butcher's at the bottom of the town lift in Park City, and not only because it is walking distance to the Martini bar, although that is an added bonus! They have a Porterhouse that is scrumptious!

Ah, yes, that tropical paradise known as Knoxville. At least you have the moutains. What I would do to be hiking this weekend! I know very well about Scripps being situated in Knoxville. I have actually pitched show ideas in the past, like 2 years ago~ when the Fine Living Channel would show tropical destinations or the such with snippets of cool info on TV during holidays.

Does anyone know anything about Punta Cana

I hear mixed things. Anyone been there that can offer up the best resort suggestion? How far is the town from the Bravaro beach? And is seaweed an issue or can you swim without having to kayak out to a reef? Oh, and I hear that some resorts have planes flying over every ten minutes? Any truth to that?
